This is Sassy the duck, she has been sitting on eggs for about 2 in a half weeks. Around May 8th the eggs will be hatching. We have a lot of eggs. She is always sitting on her eggs. She is very protective. Our ducks now are Sassy (who is on the eggs), Sally (the other female), and Big Bird/Mr.Duck (the male). I will keep everybody posted!

Sassy on eggs.
This is Sassy the duck, she has been sitting on eggs for about 2 in a half weeks. Around May 8th the eggs will be hatching. We have a lot of eggs. She is always sitting on her eggs. The other duck Sally, looks like she is sitting but she isn't sitting on anything. She has a nest but....? does anyone have an idea? She might just be getting ready but she has been doing it for like a week in a half i think. Thanks

ReplyDeleteAnd....Sally won't be sitting. She needs like a closed box or like Sassy,a doghouse. She only has a big litter box but it doesn't look like one. It is like a bin. So, Sally won't be laying and eggs. Especially fertilized eggs in the "litter box". We will get Sally something though.
