Pixie

Pixie is doing so good and she sleeps on the couch when we watch TV in the living room. She loves getting her stomach scratched, she just falls down and lays there. We love her!

Luna

Luna is so cute!

Sierra and Me (Lexie) Riding Lilly and Ginger

So we rode the donkeys with their new bitless bridals. They were not good. First Ginger would not let us get the saddle on her, so when we finally did and i got on her, she almost ran me through the trees and I almost fell off. So my friend Sierra ( Sierra takes horseback lessons) was riding Lilly and she would NOT move. So we switched and Ginger ran underneath a tree and "tree'd" Sierra. She fell off. Lilly just would not move at all. We told them ''NO'' when they were bad but we didn't hit them or anything, and they normally get treats if they were good, but they didn't get any. They were probably just having a really bad day. We still love them so much though.

Patches

Patches is doing amazing! We love him and our girls (Lilly and Ginger) so much!

Patches

We follow a website on facebook called "Camelot Horse Weekly" and we follow, Beech Brooke Farm Equine Rescue. Patches, a mini spotted donkey, was saved by Beech Brooke. Sue, My grandmothers friend, rescued a small standard donkey, Gracie, the same week Patches was rescued. Sue quarantined Gracie at Beech Brooke with Patches. They are so cute. Sue, My grandmother and I went and saw Gracie, and my grandmother and I fell in love with Patches. He has a Parrot Mouth so he can't eat well. We think that is why he was dropped at the slaughter auction. They didn't even know what a treat was. But, we loved him so we adopted him. Now he gets walked everyday and loves treats! We would like to enter Patches, Lilly, and Ginger in the obstacles at equine shows. I love DONKEYS!!!

(Gracie is the brown donkey and Patches is the white and gray spotted! These pictures were all taken at Beech Brooke.)
